As a first-time mom, trusting someone with my three-month-old baby was one of the biggest decisions I had to make. From the moment Karla joined our family, she gave us complete peace of mind. She has been our nanny for the past four months, and we truly could not have asked for someone more caring, engaged, and dependable. Karla is incredibly intentional with our son’s day. She prioritizes learning, play, and age-appropriate developmental activities, making sure he is constantly engaged and thriving. She is never distracted by her phone or disengaged - her focus is always on him, and it shows in the bond they’ve built together. She is kind, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely loves what she does. She has made such a positive impact on our lives during these precious early months of our son’s life. He lights up every morning when she walks in the house. The only reason we are saying goodbye is because our family is moving out of state. If we weren’t relocating, we would keep Karla without hesitation. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her care for the child. I recommend her wholeheartedly and know she will be a wonderful addition to a lucky family.

Karla is the most loving, caring, gentle person. I never had any reserve about leaving my kiddos with her in the year and a half we have worked with her. She has a heart of gold, treats the kids like her own and really cares about them. Karla is always on time, very dependable and has great communication. She is hands down the best sitter we have had and would recommend her over and over again.

Karla is a child whisperer- my children are the best version of themselves with her and have a blast learning and playing games, making art and playing outside. She's a calm and confident presence, I feel at ease leaving my kids in her care.
