Hi, I'm Yakinsha “Shay” for short. As a caring and experienced childcare provider with 14 years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. I started my journey early assisting my mother with her home daycare, I then sat off on my own path. My first gig was babysitting as a teenager then I got my first job as a camp counselor! I had the best time being a camp counselor of different age groups of children ranging from 5 to 12 years old. I then began my career as an assistant pre school teacher ages 3 and 4. Within 2 years I switched to infants 8 weeks to 14months. After learning and getting the experience with infants I quickly started my Nanny journey. I have had the pleasure of working with some AMAZING families! I also got had the pleasure of working with children with Read more disabilities. I got to be apart of their daily routine and apart of their lives. I enjoy watching each child grow and expand. With my patient, energetic and calm demeanor, I create a safe and fun environment where kids can thrive. I strive to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for each child and all parents.
