Elly is great! She won my toddler over quickly with her warm, playful, bright disposition. I didn’t expect my daughter to warm up to her at all, but before nap time my daughter was asking to have Elly come help with her nap routine. It was wonderful to see a quick bond form. Elly is proactive, helpful, and responsive. She understands children well, meets them where they are, and goes with the flow. I look forward to having her come again soon, it was truly a pleasure having her.
