Hi! I’m Miranda, a dependable childcare provider with 2 years of experience caring for children. I currently work as Site Director of the afterschool program at a charter school where I work hard to plan engaging activities and build relationships with 25+ students of different ages and personalities. In my previous role as an Instructional Assistant in an afterschool program at Richardson ISD, I supervised and lead activities for groups of 20+ students, managing routines, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment. I’ve worked with a diverse range of children between the ages of 3 and 14 and have developed strong skills in behavior management, conflict resolution, and creative engagement.
