Jen worked with our family from September 2023 until January 2024 on a full-time basis. She helps us take care of our daughter, who was 9 months old at the time Jen started. She helped with meal preparations, bottle feeding, washing dishes, diaper changes, laundry, playtime, tidying up her play area, reading, etc. She also helps us with laundry and tidying up for our two-year-old son who is enrolled in daycare full-time. Jen was sure to ask all the right questions during her onboarding to make sure she understood our preferences and could adhere to our practices, which I truly appreciated. Beyond her scope, Jen often goes the extra mile to help with additional tasks such as doing some of our dishes or folding laundry without being asked, which is a testament to her kind personality and desire to lend a helping hand. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and kind person to help you with children, I could not recommend Jen enough. Everyone in our family absolutely appreciates Jen and would have loved to continue having her support if we didn’t enroll our daughter in center-based care. She’s such a gem and I have no doubt that she will exceed the expectations of any family who is fortunate enough to have her support.
