Amirah is helpful, prompt and reliable. She's only been with my family a short time, but she has a great rapport with my kids and has been communicative and trustworthy. She is sensitive to understanding house rules so she can be a consistent caregiver and reinforce our rules (re: snacks, tv, using kind words) with our kids.
