Ella is punctual, attentive and caring. We hired her for 10 hours and she was able to keep my kids entertained and they loved her. My kids are 14,10,11 and 8. They did a lot of outdoor activities which kept them busy in a healthy way away from screen times. Definitely will hire her again.
