Hello, my name is Baileigh Sheffield. I have several years of experience working with children and teenagers across various educational and developmental settings. My journey began in high school, where I mentored elementary and middle school students. In college, I coached adolescents in cheerleading and led after-school dance programs. After graduating, I worked as a behavior therapist supporting children on the autism spectrum and later became a classroom teacher in charter schools. I am trained in special education and have experience teaching fourth grade. In addition, I’ve spent summers working in daycare settings, supporting infants through Pre-K 4 classrooms.
