Maria (aka Pili) has been working with our family for over a year. She started when my little boy was just 7 months old and he is now 20 months. She is dependable, upbeat, and takes great care of our son! It’s obvious that she loves him dearly. And, he lights up every time she comes in. Pili has worked as little as 12 hours a week for us and as much as 25 hours/week. She has worked date nights as a baby sitter and once even took care of our little one over a weekend when my husband and I had to be out of town. She has also worked with three of my friends for date nights, or to fill in when their caregivers took time off and they all love her! She is great a varying my son’s day so he doesn’t get bored. They play with his legos and crayons, they go for walks to the park, she even takes to the children’s play area at the mall, and has taken him to his gym class on several occasions. With all of this, she somehow finds time to make sure he has on a clean diaper and all of his toys are already put away when she leaves. I trust her completely and am so lucky that we have had her for the past year. If I could take her with us when we move, I would! Pili is a sweet, dependable, devoted care giver. Any family that she ends up working with will be very lucky to have her!
