“Heidy was awesome!” These were the words spoken by my 10 year old daughter after Heidy left for the evening. Heidy contacted me when she was on her way giving me an estimated time of arrival. And she arrived before her scheduled time. Heidy was professional, and very intentional about the type of care my daughter needed. Before I left, Heidy had a conversation with my daughter to discuss the types of things she likes to do and would like to do that evening. I made it back before the time I requested but Heidy stayed a little longer so that she could finish watching a show that she and my daughter were watching. I was impressed and would without a doubt ask for her assistance again! Thank you Heidy!
