My name is Wendy , I am 34 years old and a mother of three wonderful kids. I acknowledge the feeling of trusting someone else with your child as I too had trust issues when it came to my kids. I learned to trust others because my mother was a sitter as well as three good friends of mine are babysitters too. To be honest to you, much experience i do not have but of my own three kids and watching over my friends children. I attended college in St. John University and majored in Business/Accounting. In the summer time after my freshmen year, I worked for The Boys Club of New York, as an assistant nurse.On i return for my sophmore year, I decided to go into the medical field to study nursing. So i took a basic course as a Medical Assistant. I did my in internship in Read more Gouverneur Hospital in the Pediactrics Department assisting in mental developement with young patients. Soon after I became a mom and decided to continue my education later on. Times where rough, so i decide to go back to work. My family had a restaurant business and I was the manager/supervisor of the store. I work there for 10 years which was a great experience because I utilized my accounting education as well as meeting such amazing people. And above that I had a perfect schedule for myself and my kids. Furthermore, within the time that I worked at the restaurant,about eight years ago, I did my certification to be a foster parent, in which two years after i became an adopted parent to one of my foster kids. Yes, he is my baby number three and he just turned 8. During the program I did my CPR certification in which i am currently updating.
