I am a full time 200 hour certified somatic experiencing yoga and meditation instructor with a full time passion for developing children and adults. I retired from my 16 year career in fashion merchandising to pursue my passion for yoga and developing people. I have nannying and coaching skills for ages 4-22 years old. My most extensive babysitting tenure was in 2016 for a traveling Dr. And Pharmacist. I overnight babysat their 6 and 7 year old children for and half day stints. I do light cooking and cleaning, help the children with homework, as well as work with the family to organize their closets, donate goods, as well as run errands when needed. Lastly, I care for their 16 year old dog and 2 -14 year old cats. I would like to work with an additional family as I continue to grow and develop my yoga practice/ studio.
