Bertha was the perfect sitter for our five-year-old daughter. Our daughter can be shy and Bertha knew immediately how to engage, play, and take care of her. For the parents, Bertha was on time, listened to our needs and instructions, and was very communicative. We can't recommend her services enough.

Bertha was an absolute godsend, and we couldn't have hoped for a more qualified, caring, and trustworthy caregiver to assist our family. Bertha was employed with us for about 6 months, and as busy parents who work from home without the luxury of breaks, finding someone we could trust to care for our children was a daunting task. But from the moment she stepped in, all our apprehensions vanished. Bertha's enthusiasm, warmth, patience, and sheer adaptability to caring for our two high-energy kiddos helped to renew a sense of joy and community that our family desperately needed. Whether helping to prepare snacks for the kiddos or taking them on imaginary adventures through storytime, arts n crafts, or play, the impact that she has had on my family has been an indelibly positive one. Additionally, Bertha has great communication skills, will bring out the best in your kids--you-- and moreover, her open-mindedness, and celebration of different cultures was a much-needed and welcomed light to our multicultural household. With a heart full of gratitude and deep appreciation, we would definitely recommend Bertha to any busy family needing a helping hand or parents just needing a night out. She's punctual, and creative, and won't park your kids in front of a screen. When she cares for your kiddos they get 110%. You get peace of mind.

Bertha is absolutely wonderful. She helped sit for my three children ranging from toddler to eight years old and she handled all three with ease. Bertha is comfortable and confident with the children and very engaging and caring. The kids had so much fun with her and they keep asking for her again and I fully intend to call her every time I need a sitter going forward.
