Ailen I.

We hired Ailen as a night nurse and nanny for our newborn twins when I was a first-time mom with absolutely no idea what I was doing. Our babies would not sleep in their cribs, and we were exhausted and overwhelmed trying to figure it all out. On her very first night with us, Ailen somehow worked her magic and had both babies sleeping peacefully and soundly in their cribs. They have never slept anywhere else since. Now, at 9 months old, they are incredible crib sleepers thanks to the foundation and routines she helped create from the very beginning. Beyond her experience and professionalism, Ailen brought such a calm, nurturing, and reassuring presence into our home during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. As parents of precious NICU newborn twins, trust was everything to us, and we trusted her completely. She cared for our babies as if they were her own, and over time she truly became like family to us. We will always be grateful for the support, guidance, love, and confidence she gave us as new parents.
