Hello! I’m actively searching for a long-term, part-time nanny position. (Tues-Thurs) I've been with a wonderful family for the past three years, but as their kids are growing up and getting ready for school, I will soon no longer be needed. Each little one I care for holds a special place in my heart, and while they are in my care I treat them as if they were my own family. Ensuring they’re happy and safe is my top priority while I’m on the job! I live in the Valatie area and am looking to travel with in a 30-minute radius (including places like Kinderhook, Nassau, Schodack, Chatham, Castleton, East Greenbush, Menands, and Loudonville). My name is Read more Rebecca, and I am a friendly, laid-back nanny with over 10 years of experience in childcare! I have worked in daycare settings, helped out as a part-time mother’s helper, and, for the last three years, have been a full-time nanny. Most of my experience is with little ones, from infants to six years old, and I love making a positive difference in their lives! I am a nanny who values the joy of spending time outdoors in the sunshine and embarking on adventures, imaginary or otherwise. I also know that some days call for the comfort of cozy pajamas, creating blanket forts, munching on popcorn, and enjoying a favorite movie or show together. Screen time is a tool that I use, but in moderation. I believe in nurturing creativity through reading, arts and crafts, gardening, homesteading, cooking, and baking. I am passionate about supporting homeschooling and would love to collaborate with families that share this commitment to enriching learning experiences.
