I love being a sitter because I’ve spent most of my life helping care for my eight younger siblings, so being around kids comes naturally to me. Watching them grow has taught me how to be patient, responsible, and dependable while making sure they always feel safe and cared for. I have experience with children of all ages, from helping with meals, diaper changes, and bedtime routines to playing games, doing crafts, reading stories, helping with homework, and keeping kids entertained in a fun and positive way. I also have an autistic sister, which has given me valuable experience understanding different needs, staying calm during meltdowns, using patience, and helping children feel safe and supported when they’re overwhelmed.
