Hello and thanks for viewing my profile! I am a highly experienced child minder with over 14 years of professional childcare experience. My passion for working with kids stems from growing up as the fifth child in a family of ten. When my younger siblings were toddlers, my mother says I would beg her to let me watch them. I began babysitting with an older sibling at home to supervise me and eventually moved on to working in the neighborhood as a mother's helper when I was 11. From there, my passion for working with children only grew. I worked with that first neighborhood family for over eight years and across out of state and inner state moves. We still keep in touch to this day! During that time and beyond, I have worked with kids as a teacher, babysitter, full time nanny, driver, and group care provider. I've even Read more worked for a family where both parents were pilots and I provided several days worth of daily and overnight care when their schedules and both mom and dad in the air at the same time. I currently work at a fire truck manufacturer in Fort Collins and get to help fire departments refurbish their trucks and bring new life to them. It has kept my childlike love for flashing lights and noises alive. I love to do art, read books, build forts, ride bikes, go on hikes, and generally adventure, explore, create, and learn with kiddos.
