Hi, my name is Maddie. I live in Rochester, MN, I’m 18 and a senior at Lourdes High School. I play softball and love all sports! I have 2 younger sisters (ages 11 and 15) and I’ve always loved helping take care of them! When I was 12 I took the babysitting class through the Red Cross and then I started babysitting for other families right after that. We have 2 puppies so I’m used to taking care of dogs as well. I’ve been going to a summer camp for 10 years and last year was able to be an assistant counselor for the first time! I love helping out whenever I can and have taken many opportunities to volunteer in a variety of ways such as at St. James Coffee, taking care of pre-schoolers during church, taking on roles in Campus Ministry at school, as well as doing activities Read more with the Sisters at Assisi Heights! In the past, I’ve worked at Cinemagic doing concessions and am currently a Culinary Service Aide at Madonna Towers. I enjoy helping my sisters with their homework and taking them to do fun activities when we aren’t in school! In past babysitting experiences, I’ve loved doing crafts, playing outside, playing board games, tag, and hide and seek. I also like thinking of fun meals and desserts to make! My favorite part is interacting with the kids and giving them my full attention!
