I am a college student who has been around kids my whole life. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and helping create a fun, safe and positive environment for them. I also enjoy building connections with kids by keeping them active and comfortable while their parents are away. I have experience caring for children through babysitting and volunteering. I grew up helping take care of my younger brother which taught me responsibility and patience and I also babysat for two autistic children which helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and understanding when working with children who may have different needs. In addition, I also volunteered babysitting children during church events and helped run a fun run at an elementary school where I worked closely with kids in a group setting. I also worked as an intern for a Barbizon class, where I Read more helped teach younger kids about modeling, acting, confidence and healthy self-care habits. Through all of these experiences, I’ve developed skills in patience, communication, leadership, creativity, and staying calm under pressure. I am skilled in helping kids with any homework they may have, keeping the house clean and tidy and I also have my own car. I always aim to make sure children feel cared for while giving parents peace of mind.
