Hi! I’m Taylor, a Doctor of Chiropractic currently taking a break from patient care as I prepare to welcome my own baby! During this season of life, I’m looking to provide part-time childcare for a wonderful family in the Charleston area. I’ve always loved being around children, and with a little one of my own on the way, this felt like the perfect opportunity to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy. I genuinely love spending time with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and able to have fun. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through play, outdoor activities, crafts, reading, and age-appropriate activities while also respecting the routines and expectations parents have established at home. As an expecting mom myself, I have an even greater appreciation for how important it is to find someone you truly trust with your children. In addition to Read more my previous experience caring for children, my career as a Doctor of Chiropractic has allowed me to work closely with individuals and families every day. I’m very comfortable communicating with parents, following detailed instructions, maintaining schedules and routines, and staying calm and attentive when unexpected situations arise. Working in healthcare has also taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, compassion, and giving each person individualized attention. I have doctoral-level healthcare education and extensive training in anatomy, physiology, health, wellness, and patient care. I’m responsible, organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and very attentive. I’m also happy to help with meals and snacks, homework, playtime and activities, bedtime routines, and light tidying related to the children. I’m hoping to find a family who is looking for someone warm, trustworthy, and dependable. While I’m taking a step away from patient care during my pregnancy, I would love to spend this time helping another family and providing parents with peace of mind knowing their little ones are in caring and capable hands.
