Sophie is great!!! She was wonderful with the kids. had a few instances where personal things came up but that's life for us all. Was communicative and drove her own car which was nice. A couple of days late due to sleeping in so I chalk that up to being young. Agreed to a reasonable sitting rate for four kids so it was by no means an easy task. I may have rated her 4.5 stars just for the couple late days and minor personal related items but come on people finding decent childcare is tough and Sophie rose to the challenge and treated our family with respect and appreciation as we tried to reciprocate, so five stars is justified. I would hire Sophie again and we received a couple of calls for reference and were honest that people should hire Sophie, she is young and vibrant and is great with the kids.
