Hi! My name is Faith, and I’m a mom to a sweet baby boy and a caregiver with experience caring for infants and toddlers. I currently work in a daycare setting and have hands-on experience with babies through toddler age, along with years of babysitting and helping with church and summer programs. My care style is very nurturing and child-led. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment through things like tummy time, floor play, reading books, music, outdoor walks, and following each child’s individual cues rather than forcing a strict schedule. I’m comfortable with bottle feeding, diapering, contact naps, baby-wearing, and supporting developmental milestones. I’m looking for a nanny or consistent childcare position and would be bringing my own infant with me, which I’ve found works beautifully for socialization and creating a home-like routine.
