Hi, I’m Tracy. Caring for children has always been an important part of my life. As the oldest daughter in my family, I grew up helping raise my younger siblings while my mom worked and went to school. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a safe and comforting environment for children of all ages. I also have professional healthcare experience from working as a CNA at Nemours Children’s Hospital. In that role, I assisted pediatric patients with daily tasks, monitored vital signs, provided emotional support, and communicated with parents and nurses to make sure every child felt cared for. Because of that medical background, I am confident working with children who may need extra attention, structure, or reassurance. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy connecting with kids, building trust, and supporting their routines.
