Hi, I’m Elle! A recent college graduate and dean’s list honoree with a strong background in childcare and education. I’ve worked as a teacher cadet and paraprofessional, gaining hands-on experience in classrooms and supporting children with disabilities. I’m proud to be nationally recognized for my work with the FCCLA Families First and Community Service National Programs! I have over 160 hours of hands-on experience in classrooms and educational settings, including internships, volunteer work, and field training where I supported teachers and worked one-on-one with children of all ages and abilities. Outside of school, I have also spent years babysitting and nannying for families, giving me well-rounded experience caring for kids in both structured and home environments.
