Hello! My name is Dayton, I am 19. Here’s a little about me; I have loved working with children since I myself was a child, aiding in their development and watching them grow everyday is the most fulfilling thing. I remember skipping children’s class at church to help in the nursery on Sundays. I am patient, gentle, reliable, communicative, and timely. What I offer your child; I am extremely creative, I have hand made educational flash cards, and letter cards for spelling practice. I have a planned out year long curriculum specifically made to get children ready to start school. I know basic asl and am continuing to learn, and I use it in every day language to help children with communicating their needs. I assure cleanliness of the child and space, and work to integrate basic grooming into their morning routine. My Experience; I previously lived in Michigan, when I was 14 I began babysitting for a family friend, I sat for them for three summers, for three boys ages 3-12. During my time with HQ, a family owned family entertainment center, I spent a lot of time watching over the two youngest kids, ages 7-10, I worked with them for three years. A couple years later, when I was 18 I moved to Tennessee, where j began work as a daycare floater, moving to co lead after two months. There I mainly worked with ages 6mo-24mo, and I worked there for a year. The last couple months I was providing care privately for a family with three kids ages 5mo - 4y. May Qualifications; I have my CPR certification, and reliable transportation as well as 24:7 availability for communication.
