Hi families! My name is Dayana, and I’m a childcare professional with hands-on experience in early childhood education and behavioral therapy. I currently work in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field and am working toward my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. I’m passionate about child development, emotional support, and helping little ones learn, grow, and feel safe. I’ve worked with children of all ages in both structured classroom settings and one-on-one environments. I specialize in positive reinforcement, routines, and social/emotional skill-building.
