Hi!! I graduated one year ago from the University of Florida, where I majored in psychology and minored in early childhood studies, specifically early intervention and child development. I was a babysitter in high school after school and on weekends for children aged 3 months to 13 years, I nannied part time through college with toddlers aged 1-2years, and I spent the last year as a nanny for four children, ages 12 months-6 years. I have experience working with physical therapists and developmental interventionists for children under five who are experiencing developmental delays, and I have also worked with children with other special needs associated with autism. I have a passion for working on emotional regulation with children, as well as helping children ages 0-5 reach developmental milestones through guided play. I plan to nanny for one more year before applying to graduate schools to study child development. I have experience working with children of all ages, so whether it’s needing to sanitize bottles and do meal prep or help with homework and driving to after school activities, I can help with whatever is needed! If there’s any languages you’d like me to learn, I love to tackle a challenge and would be happy to take intensive language classes. I love working with families who like to keep an open communication about disciplinary styles, daily ongoings, expectations, etc. I am happy to chat more; please reach out!
