We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Sandra join our family when our son was just nine months old. We work from home, and Sandra blended beautifully with our work environment at home. It gets hard for babies, knowing that their parents are around. But Sandra managed it skillfully---with a balance on playtime, naps, meals, and learning activities. We could focus on work without worry---our son remained happy and engaged.
