Hello! My name is Michelle, and I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with 20 years of hands-on experience caring for children. I began working in childcare at the age of 16 and have since gained experience in a variety of settings, including my own in-home daycare, a Montessori school, and a traditional childcare center. These experiences have allowed me to support children with different learning styles, routines, and developmental needs. I am comfortable and confident caring for children from newborn through age five, and I focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel secure and supported. I value age-appropriate learning, play, outdoor time, and consistent routines that help children thrive emotionally and developmentally. Hours Available: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Extended hours may be available on Wednesdays and Fridays if parents are comfortable with transportation, as I may need to transport children with me to bring my child to after-school gymnastics. I prioritize safety, clear communication, and consistency, and transportation would only be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
