Hi! I’m Jess, and I’m an experienced educator and student-support professional with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I spent 5 years as a classroom teacher, where I worked closely with students of different ages, personalities, and needs. I loved creating a safe, positive environment where kids could learn, feel supported, and have fun. I also have experience mentoring students, communicating with parents, organizing activities, and helping children stay on track with schoolwork. I currently work at GCU in student services, where I continue to support and advocate for students while working closely with families and university staff. I’m dependable, patient, caring, and comfortable taking on everything from keeping little ones entertained to helping with homework, preparing simple meals, bedtime routines, and keeping kids on their usual schedules. I’m also happy to plan age-appropriate activities, crafts, games, or educational activities based on your child’s interests.
