I make a great fit for families with young children, with 15 years of experience working with kids of all ages in both professional and home environments. I have previously spent 8 years as a lead teacher in various early childhood classroom settings, including at a nature center and a preschool. Additionally, I have been nannying for 15 years and have spent time as a tutor, swim instructor, and softball coach. My love for teaching and childcare stems from being raised in a home daycare until I was 18. I studied Child Development in college, am CPR and first aid certified, have my own car, and enjoy creating developmentally appropriate and engaging activities for the children in my care. Families with pets are a bonus because I have also spent 7 years working in animal care and provide frequent in-home pet care for families.
