Why do you love being a sitter? I’ve always found purpose in being someone others can count on—especially when it comes to caring for kids. For 16 years, I’ve been the built-in babysitter, backseat therapist, and go-to role model—earning my stripes in spilled juice, scraped knees, sibling diplomacy, and helping with everything from ABCs to algebra.
