We recently interviewed Mishanda for a nanny position. She was on time, incredibly professional, and came with references and a resume. Although Mishanda ended up not taking the position because she needed full-time hours, and we are only looking for part-time, I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a full-time nanny.
