Hi! I’m Amaia, a recent college graduate with a degree in Business and Screenwriting. More importantly, I’m the oldest of five siblings. Growing up in a big family taught me how to be patient, responsible, and quick on my feet. More than anything, it taught me how meaningful it is to be someone a child can count on. I’ve always naturally taken on a “big sister” role, both at home and with the families I work with, and it’s a role I genuinely love stepping into. Right now, I spend my mornings caring for my six month old baby brother while my mom works from home. I handle everything from feedings and diaper changes to naps and playtime. In the afternoons, I coach youth soccer for kids ages 2–8, which keeps me active, engaged, and constantly building strong connections with little ones through patience, structure, and fun. I’ve also worked Read more as a full-time nanny for three children (ages 4–8), managing full days packed with breakfast, beach trips, creative play, and keeping the household running smoothly. I’m very comfortable helping with homework, doing light tidying, or simply creating a warm, joyful environment your child can thrive in. I don’t see babysitting as “just a job” — it’s something I’m truly passionate about. As I work on building a business and developing creative projects, childcare is one of the most fulfilling parts of my day.
