Hi! My name is Olivia and I’ve always loved working with children. I’ve worked at several different preschools and daycares, as well as doing some babysitting on the side. I most recently worked with children with Autism as a Registered Behavioral Technician, so I have plenty of experience with children with special needs, toilet training, and other concepts of childcare. I just received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Child Healthcare, as well as a certification in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health through the University of Utah. I am currently in OTA school and plan to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. I also have a younger sister who I helped take care of and raise given that she is 10 years younger than me. I absolutely love spending time with children as they are so fun and I always love seeing them grow and develop as they learn Read more new things. I love encouraging learning in everything we do, even during play! I am CPR and First Aid certified, as well as trained to work with children with special needs and behaviors. I have experience with nonverbal children and helping promote appropriate communication and food therapy for those picky eaters. Along with childcare, I also love dogs and would be more than happy to help with your animals, light household chores, and light meal prepping. I have worked with all ages, but most of my experience is with the younger kiddos ages 1-6 years old. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries!
