Hi, my name is Lily Appel and I am 24 years old. I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition. I also have a CPR/AED Pro Certification through the Red Cross. For the past year I have worked 1 on 1 with children with autism, helping them progress and excel in the milestones they reach. I am passionate about creating a world that allows all children to be treated equally, with respect, love and compassion. What I believe sets me apart from the rest would be my passion for health, fitness and wellness. I can guarantee your child will be well fed, given plenty of exercise and given all the mental and emotional support they could ask for. I am an incredible cook and I love to create healthy meals that are cheap and easy to make.
