Hey! My name is Ellie Mcsween and I am currently a student at the University of Kentucky. I am a junior studying to be a special education teacher. One of the many reasons I have chosen this career is because I love children and helping them learn and grow to reach their full potential. I am super outgoing and love to play with kids, but I also posses skills such as time management and attention to details. I have experience working as a camp counselor for adults and children with special needs, a year of preschool after school care for the YMCA, 4 months of babysitting for 2 sixth graders, years of volunteering in a church nursery, and I have a 10 year old brother whom I’ve helped babysit and take care of since he was an infant! I am also first aid and CPR certified.
