The experience I have is that I am the oldest sibling in my family, and I used to have to watch my siblings all the time bathe them clean up after them feed them while my mom was always away at work even when cousins on other side of my family came over I took care of them . The skills and training that I have our supervision Making sure all children are safe during activities. Being patient and communicating and understanding the children. I am good with bedtime routines, making sure the children wind down in enough time for bed. Organization I will keep the kids on the schedule and the routine recommended by the parents.
