I’m a full-time nursing student at Florida Southern College, and I’m currently looking for babysitting or nanny jobs that are either on a flexible, as-needed basis or more regularly scheduled, depending on how our schedules line up. I completely understand how busy life with kids can be, so I’m happy to jump in wherever I’m needed! I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I also have a background as an EMT, so safety is always a top priority for me. I’ve worked at several indoor children’s playgrounds over the years, which gave me tons of experience managing large groups of energetic kids and finding creative ways to keep them entertained and safe. I love being active—whether that means running around outside, organizing games, or just keeping up with busy toddlers. I’m responsible, calm under pressure, and truly enjoy spending time with kids of all ages. I’d love to be a Read more helping hand to a family who needs someone fun, reliable, and caring. I’ve been working with kids for as long as I can remember—starting at just 8 years old as a “mommy helper.” I’d tag along with my older sister to help out with babies and toddlers, doing little things like grabbing bottles or folding laundry, but I quickly learned how to keep kids happy and entertained. From there, I started babysitting on my own whenever neighbors or family friends needed an extra hand. As I got older, I became the go-to sitter for many families in my community. I’ve taken care of kids of all ages—from infants to pre-teens—and handled everything from meal preparation and bedtime routines to homework assistance and carpooling. Over time, I became super comfortable juggling multiple kids, calming meltdowns, and always making sure parents came home to a peaceful house. More recently, I’ve worked as a nanny for two amazing families. One had a toddler and a young school-age child, and I loved coming up with creative activities to keep them busy and engaged. With the other family, I cared for newborn twins, which gave me a lot of experience with feeding schedules, sleep routines, and staying calm in a busy household. I’ve even helped out at weddings and events, where I was in charge of watching a group of kids during the celebration, making sure they had fun (and didn’t run onto the dance floor mid-ceremony!). Working with kids has always come naturally to me. It’s something I truly enjoy, and every experience has helped me become more confident, patient, and creative in caring for children.
