Hi! I’m Carissa Hernandez. I’m 25 years old and was born and raised right here in Austin, Texas. I recently completed my bachelor’s degree at UT Austin and went on to earn my master’s from UNTHSC. While I’m currently in the process of applying to medical school, I’m looking for a part-time babysitting or nanny position to save some money during my gap year. I also previously held a CPR certification and am currently in the process of renewing it. Growing up as the oldest of five siblings (now 20, 18, 16, and 13), I’ve always been surrounded by kids and I’ve learned a lot from helping care for them! I’m familiar with hectic schedules and after-school routines to cleaning, cooking, and homework help. I’m very comfortable juggling the day-to-day needs of a busy household.
