Hi! My name is Katherine, and I’m a dedicated, full-time nanny and sitter with a strong background in early childhood education and elementary classroom support. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Elementary Education, which allows me to bring current teaching practices and a deeper understanding of child development into my work with children. I have over two years of hands-on experience working in structured childcare settings, including one year in K–5 classrooms and one year in a before- and after-school program within a Pre-K/Kindergarten center. These experiences have prepared me to support children across a range of ages, learning styles, and developmental stages. I take an education-focused approach to childcare, incorporating age-appropriate learning, creative play, and consistent routines into each day. I’m especially confident assisting with homework, reinforcing early learning skills, and planning engaging activities that promote both academic and social growth. Safety is always my top priority.
