I have almost 9 years of experience as a trained babysitter with first aid and CPR certification but have been an older sister for 20 years and have always taken care of my 3 younger siblings. With all of that experience, I’ve learned to be patient and calm and be able to create a safe environment for children in order for them to feel safe, understood, and trusted. I am energetic and can be creative and love helping out with arts and crafts and doing fun things with kids. I am flexible and can adapt to plan changes and work well under pressure while still being organized and paying attention to important details. Joanna is an incredible caregiver who instantly connected with our son. On top of her stellar capabilities doing everything for and with our baby from 11 months to 18 months, she also is an amazing chef who made all our son’s food from scratch. She also did creative crafts with him, played and read all day, inside and out, manage the food and nap schedule seamlessly, and kept the house clean throughout the day.
