Hi! My name is TiNiya, and I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood development. I have several years of experience working with children from newborn through elementary ages, with my strongest experience being with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I currently work as a Behavior Technician, supporting children’s developmental, communication, and behavioral needs, and I have previous experience as an Infant/Toddler Teacher in an early childhood education setting. My background has helped me develop patience, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how each child learns, communicates, and grows differently. I am CPR and First Aid certified and experienced in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children. I am comfortable with diapering, feeding routines, bottle preparation, nap schedules, potty training support, sensory activities, educational play, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and maintaining consistent routines.
