My name is Nia Williams. I’m a 23-year-old psychology student at Georgia State University, and I’ve been nannying for 5 years. I’m a senior at GSU, and when I graduate in December, I plan on taking a gap year while nannying full-time and then pursuing a master’s degree in clinical psychology. I currently work as a Youth Instructor at an afterschool program called Agape for K-12th grades, with my specific class being 2nd grade. I’ve also worked with three separate families, the most recent being the Davis family for two years. I was Alexandra Davis’, who has autism spectrum disorder, caregiver from May 2023 to August 2025. Before that, I nannied Grace Jones’ two sons from January 2022 to June 2023. My first nannying job was with Gift Akpan’s daughter and was a seasonal position that I kept for 4 summers from June 2020 to June 2024. I became a Read more nanny because I’m the eldest daughter in my family with three younger siblings and a single mom, so I helped raise them. I’ve always been described as a very nurturing person and the ‘therapist’ or ‘mom friend’ in my friend group, and I feel a sense of fulfillment in being able to provide for and take care of people. I’m looking for a full time nanny position, with a minimum of 25 guaranteed weekly hours with a communicative, kind, welcoming family.
