We've been fortunate to have her as our babysitter for the past nine months, and she has been nothing short of amazing with our family. She has cared for our 4-year-old, 9-year-old, and 10-year-old, and from day one she has shown an incredible amount of patience, kindness, and genuine care. Our two sons are autistic, and she has consistently met them with compassion, understanding, and unwavering support. She has built meaningful relationships with them in a way that I've honestly never seen another babysitter do. She takes the time to understand each child's unique needs, communicates with them respectfully, and has even helped us as parents learn new ways to better support and connect with our boys. One of the things we appreciate most is how intentional she is about making sure all three of our children feel included. She creates activities that everyone can participate in, encourages teamwork, and helps each child feel valued. She also empowers our kids to advocate for themselves, develop confidence, and practice important life skills in age-appropriate ways. Knowing our children are in her care gives us complete peace of mind. She is dependable, knowledgeable, nurturing, and truly invested in the well-being of the children she works with. We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver for our newborn twins. From day one, she went above and beyond to support not only our babies but our entire family during the postpartum period. She provided exceptional overnight care, allowing us to get much-needed rest while knowing our babies were in safe, capable, and loving hands. She carefully documented every feeding, including times and amounts, along with diaper changes and other daily care needs, which made it so much easier to keep track of our twins' routines. Beyond infant care, she was an incredible help around the house. She washed and sanitized bottles, cleaned dishes, cooked meals, tidied our home, and helped with bath time and bedtime routines. She consistently anticipated what needed to be done without being asked, which was invaluable during such an overwhelming stage of life. What truly set her apart was the genuine care and compassion she showed—not only toward our twins but toward me as a postpartum mother. Her kindness, reliability, organization, and calming presence made such a positive impact on our family's transition into life with newborn twins. She's dependable, trustworthy, and patient, and her experience working in ABA has helped so much with teaching the kids life skills, and encouraging their growth and independence. I love having her with the kids, she doesn't just supervise she actively teaches and mentors them. I overheard her helping my daughter brush her hair and acknowledged her for starting it and reassured her that it's okay to ask for help, and explained that asking for help is a sign of strength, and then helped teach her how to do it herself. It was a small moment, but it perfectly reflects who she is. I've never met a kid who doesn't love her and any family would be lucky to have her.
