Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'd be delighted to work as your caregiver! I have years of experience working at Montessori schools and as both a part-time and full-time nanny with children from infants to young adults. I am certified by the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) Program. From 2013-2014, I worked as a full-time caregiver with a 2.5 - 3-year-old, and as a part-time caregiver with a child from when she was 16 - 24 months, in addition to her brother who was a newborn. From 2018-2019, I worked part-time as a nanny with an infant from when he was a newborn = 6 months old. From 2023-2024, I took care of another infant from when she was 1 - 8 months old, part-time. From 2025-2026, I also worked part-time as a caregiver with an infant from when she was a newborn - 8 Read more months. In 2024, I earned my PhD in English from Northwestern University and taught as an Adjunct Professor of English at St. Xavier University in Chicago, IL throughout last semester. In 2011, I graduated from Cornell Universtiy, where I double-majored in English and Spanish, so I thoroughly enjoy reading and would be happy to promote a creative, literary environment. In addition, I am a big fan of the outdoors and sports, so I'd be happy to engage interatively, as a caregiver, as well! Jessica is an absolute treasure! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about newborn/infant care she was incredibly receptive to our care plan and took direction with the highest level of respect and understanding. Another aspect that my wife and I appreciated about Jessica was her communication and punctuality. We were sad to move cities for work otherwise, we would have continued to employ her! 10/10

Jessica looked after my toddler and baby during those exhausting early years and was an exceptional nanny. Any family would be lucky to have her. She’s a smart, wonderful person and great with kids. Jessica put so much effort and care into everything she did, I completely trusted her. She is a type of nanny who knew caretaking solutions to something I didn’t always think of and is so easy to be around. Jessica was took the kids to a variety of fun activities and the playground regularly, and was always creative with the things she did to entertain them at home. We completely trusted her; she stayed with my kids some weekends when we went away. She was nurturing, gentle, sweet, and always cognizant of safety. She even made a lovely book about the things she did with my daughter before she moved as a keepsake for us, which I treasure. I had a few other nannies, but none came close to the level of care Jessica provided.
