Hi! My name is Ilana, and I’ve had a passion for childcare for most of my life. I’m currently 18 years old and working on my Business Administration Associates Degree while also working at a nephrology office/babysitting during the week while I’m not in school. I started babysitting at 12 years old, and I restarted around 14 years old. My first job was as a lifeguard at a local pool, and then I worked as a swim instructor/lifeguard at Goldfish Swim School for over a year, where I taught children ages 18 months to 12 years old. I was lifeguard/CPR/first aid certified by Red Cross and Ellis, and I am planning on getting re-certified this summer in CPR/first aid.
