Hi! My name is Chihiro, but most people call me Julia. I love caring for infants and children of all ages, and I have hands-on experience from newborns to Pre-K!! I truly love being a sitter because spending time with children brings me a deep sense of joy and purpose. Of course, there are many challenging moments, but when I see a child’s smile or watch them peacefully sleeping, all the hard work feels completely worth it. These moments remind me why I chose to study Early Childhood Education and continue to motivate me every day in my studies. I have around seven months of experience working in a licensed childcare center, where I supported teachers across a variety of age groups—including infants, toddlers, Early Preschool (EPS), Preschool (PS), and Pre-K (PK). While I enjoyed working with all age groups, I especially loved working in the infant classroom. I feel Read more a special connection with babies and love providing them with gentle, attentive care. In addition to my hands-on experience, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood & Family Care at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I am also fluent in both English and Japanese, and I bring patience, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills to every caregiving role. I’m excited to support families by providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care for their children.
