Hi! My name is Cassie and I’m a second-year middle school science teacher. I’ve been working with kids for many years and started babysitting when I was in high school. Since then, I’ve also worked in summer camp settings, substitute taught, and tutored students. I’ve also worked with students with higher support needs during Extended School Year programs, which has helped me build strong skills in patience, communication, and meeting kids where they are. I truly love working with kids and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. I’m friendly, fun, and playful, but I also value creating a safe and structured environment. As a teacher, I’m happy to help with homework, plan activities, or keep kids active with games, crafts, and outdoor time.
