Hello, Families! Thank you for visiting my profile. Caring for children is a serious responsibility. I often see, while searching for jobs, parents asking for a "trustworthy" babysitter. In today's world, it is becoming increasingly difficult for parents to find someone whom they can trust with their children. I am happy to be able to offer quality childcare to families, care they can trust. My experience in childcare actually began many years ago, on a very casual, very rare basis. Then, when my younger sister was born, I cared for her several hours a day, while I was also attending school. My duties included bathing, feeding, teaching, training, and playing with her. We read stories and sang songs. She has grown up into a beautiful young lady. Looking back, I am so thankful to have had a part in her healthy development. Recently, I have had the privilege of being Read more entrusted to care for children ranging from newborns to young elementary-school aged children. I always enjoy caring for them and helping them to learn and explore in an educational and safe manner. Caring for children is a very rewarding career! A qualified caregiver must always be prepared. For this reason, I am certified in infant, child and adult CPR. I am also trained in First Aid, Preventative Health and Safety. Also, I have been educated in Positive Discipline, and Healthy Eating, for those children who may be picky eaters. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I do not currently offer transportation for children, except in the event of an emergency. Also, although my profile states that I am comfortable with pets, this excludes cats kept indoors or large or guard dogs kept inside a residence, such as pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc. As a non-smoker, I feel most comfortable working in non-smoking environments. Erin cared for my son for about 6 months. She is amazing! She truly became part of the family. She would go above and beyond (assisting with laundry) and doing developmental activities as well as reading to my son. She would take him for walks and even taught him Spanish! She was very dependable, attentive, patient, caring and generous! She will always have a place in our hearts and in our home!

Erin has taken care of my two daughters on multiple occasions. She is often available with little notice, and has taken great care of my children. She has been on time every time, stayed late when needed, and her rate is reasonable. My kids regularly ask me when Erin will be coming back!
